Our services, in detail

Four services for homeowners, designers and builders, with revisions agreed up front.

Program 01 · Illustrative, and said so

3D renderings

Renderings exist to settle decisions before money is spent on them. They are illustrative rather than photographic predictions — light, colour and material appearance will differ from the built result, and we say so rather than letting a client expect an exact match.

Stage 2 · Model

Built to the information supplied.

Stage 3 · Draft views

For your comments, before finishing.

Stage 4 · Final

Delivered in the agreed formats.

Stage 1 · Measurements

Yours, or taken from your plans.

Stage 2 · Options

Two or three layouts compared.

Stage 3 · Clearances

Checked against real dimensions.

Stage 4 · Final plan

Scaled and dimensioned.

Program 02 · Drawn to scale

Floor plans & space planning

Most layout problems are clearance problems: a door that cannot open fully, a walkway too tight once a chair is pulled out. Drawing to scale with real furniture dimensions catches those on paper, which is the cheapest place to find them.

Program 03 · For designers and builders

Drafting support

Drafting capacity for designers and builders who need drawings produced accurately and on time. We work to your standards and templates. Anything that must be signed and sealed goes to your architect or engineer — we prepare, they take professional responsibility.

Stage 1 · Standards

Your templates, layers and conventions.

Stage 2 · Drafting

Produced to those standards.

Stage 3 · Check

Reviewed against your markups.

Stage 4 · Handover

Native files, not just PDFs.

Stage 1 · Palette

Drawn from what you actually like.

Stage 2 · Schedule

Materials listed with suppliers.

Stage 3 · Board

Presented beside the renderings.

Stage 4 · Honest caveats

Where a screen misleads.

Program 04 · Next to the render

Material & finish boards

A rendering shown without the actual materials invites disappointment, because a screen cannot convey texture or sheen. Pairing the visual with real samples and a finish schedule keeps expectations and reality in the same conversation.
